The people who set and deliver cyber security strategy are deafened by the constantly-changing data, opinions, and content. We exist to bring these people together, strip out the hyperbole, and highlight the burning issues. Join the UK’s largest diverse community of industry professionals and help us shape cyber security for the better.
Join us if you believe in the power of community debate and war stories to solve problems.
RANT is a great source of information and well informed peers. By the simple act of joining RANT and attending an event gives you access to a wealth of warm, welcoming and friendly people with different view points to help you think more critically. In a world where everyone is after a small soundbite, RANT is a welcome break from the normal allowing for a proper discussion on topics, not just opinions crammed in to 140 characters.
We’ve worked with RANT on a few projects now, either where we’ve provided speakers, or where we needed event management ourselves. They’re exceptional to work with, for the right reasons. Organised, focused, and maybe most importantly, fun. From the big picture to the tiny details they are supremely capable. We’ll be using them again, if they’ll have us of course.
RANT is what it says on the tin. Rant brings together a diverse community of cybersecurity professionals ranging from Government to start-ups, who are uniquely placed to not only share their thoughts and experiences but care passionately in what they do.
I see RANT events as a corner stone of the cyber/infosec community. I’ve met so many people through these events and they have certainly helped me with public speaking and networking. Anyone who has not been to one I cannot recommend attending one enough.
Since first being told about RANT I can say I have been educated, challenged, and entertained by the speakers, events, chosen topics, and fellow attendees. I never hesitate to recommend RANT to relevant colleagues and I look forward to the next one.
