'AI is accelerating everything…BUT we need to do it securely'

It starts the same way for every modern organisation: a push to move faster. New AI-powered tools promise efficiency, insight, and competitive edge. Teams adopt them rapidly – often ahead of policy implementation, sometimes ahead of visibility. And for a moment, it works. Productivity surges. Innovation accelerates. The business feels unstoppable.

But beneath that momentum, something else is happening.

Every new integration, every dataset connected to an AI model; every prompt entered into a generative tool creates a new pathway. One that doesn’t always follow the traditional rules of security. Data begins to move in ways that are increasingly harder to track. Boundaries blur. What was once contained is now fluid. Shadow AI and usage is now across all organisations so we have to embrace it but wrap our arms around it in a secure way.

And threat actors are watching.

They’re not waiting for organisations to catch up. They’re evolving alongside these technologies, exploiting gaps created by speed, complexity, and blind spots. Generative AI, while transformative, is also expanding the attack surface, introducing new vulnerabilities faster than most security strategies can adapt.

This is the paradox facing every business today: the need to accelerate, paired with the risk of increased exposure.

At this intimate roundtable, hosted by CloudGuard, we’ll bring together security and business leaders to unpack this reality. Through open discussion, we’ll explore how organisations are navigating the rapid adoption of AI toolsets while maintaining control over sensitive data. We’ll examine the growing challenge of data exfiltration – how it happens, where it hides, and why traditional approaches are no longer enough.

The conversation will also look ahead. As generative AI continues to evolve, what new vulnerabilities should we expect? How can businesses rethink vulnerability mitigation in a landscape that refuses to stand still? And perhaps most critically, how do we build organisations that are not just protected, but that are ready by design, responsive in real time, and resilient by default so organisations can move at speed without exposing themselves to unnecessary risk.

This isn’t about slowing innovation. This is about more secure adoption.
