Our Values

RANT Events is committed to ensuring its workplace and events are warm and welcoming to all Information Security professionals. The company and its community members are expected to respect the rights, dignity and integrity of others – we believe this is core to the well-being of any community.

Actions by any person which do not reflect such respect for others are damaging to each member of the community and hence damaging to the community as a whole and the Information Security market. Reported incidents, subsequently investigated and upheld, will result in disbandment from the community.

RANT Events staff and each member of the community should be free from interference, intimidation, or harassment in the workplace, at events, and online.

Conditions of Registration

Every attendee to a RANT event must work for an End User organisation and have registered using a valid work email address, current job title, and company name. If you do not meet these terms, your registration will be declined.

You may transfer your ticket to a colleague providing this person meets the attendance criteria listed on the site and you notify us in advance.

Email invitations may be forwarded on to colleagues providing they meet the criteria listed within this site for attendees.

If you have registered for a specific event and have had the approval to attend by the organisers, then you are confirming you will attend. If you are unable to attend and do not inform us at least 24 hours in advance you will be invoiced for £65 to cover the cost incurred by RANT from the venue for non-attendance.  We will make exceptions under extreme circumstances that are beyond your control and ask that you let us know at your earliest convenience.  Ticket transfer is acceptable, providing you inform us in advance and the ticket is transferred to a person who meets the attendance criteria.

Entry is not guaranteed if you do not meet the criteria stated within this site.
